Maccabi "Bazan" Haifa's Jermaine Jackson and Sylven Landesberg named to All-Star Teams

The Israeli Basketball Super League announced today that Maccabi "Bazan" Haifa players Jermaine Jackson and Sylven Landesberg will be playing in the All-Star Game on March 8 in Ashkelon. Sylven Landesberg will play for the Israeli All-Star team and Jermaine Jackson will play for the Foreigners All-Star team. Sylven, who is leading the league in points scored with 22.1 points per game, will also participate in the 3-point shooting contest. Jackson is fifth in the league in assists, averaging 5.2 assists per game. The players will participate in a Purim parade in Ashkelon earlier in the day. Game time begins at 5:00pm.
