JEFFREY H. ROSEN
Maccabi Haifa Team Owner

Jeffrey H. Rosen, owner and Chairman of Triangle Financial Services, LLC., bought the Maccabi Haifa Israeli professional basketball team in July of 2007 and is currently the only American owner in the Israeli Basketball Super League. Under his leadership, Mr. Rosen has restored the Maccabi Haifa basketball franchise and turned the team into a global brand. Mr. Rosen was born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, before his family moved to New Jersey. He graduated from West Essex High School in New Jersey and Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in political science.

From 1977-2006, Mr. Rosen served as COO and President of International of Rose Art Industries, a major manufacturer of toys, stationery and arts and crafts based in Livingston, NJ. Under his leadership, the company’s annual sales topped $300 million worldwide. With hundreds of license agreements and thousands of innovative products, Rose Art continuously distinguished itself in an ultra competitive marketplace. After selling the family-owned business, Mr. Rosen went on to found the Aventura, Florida-based Triangle Financial Services, a sports and entertainment investment firm with a diverse portfolio of entertainment properties and international sports enterprises.

A fan of the LA Dodgers and his idol, Sandy Koufax, Jeff Rosen was an original investor in the Israel Baseball League, and has emerged as a leader in a group seeking to restore professional baseball to Israel after the failed attempt of 2007. In 2004, the Rosen Family established the RoseHeart Foundation, which sent monetary and product donations to underprivileged children throughout the world. In October of 2008, Mr. Rosen, in a joint initiative between Maccabi Haifa and United Jewish Communities of MetroWest NJ, founded the “Haifa Hoops for Kids” charity program. The “Haifa Hoops for Kids” program distributes Maccabi Haifa tickets to underprivileged and special children in northern Israel, who otherwise could not afford to attend a professional basketball game.
